Step 2 - Reserve your spot
Find a Study Space that perfectly suits your needs: free coffee, open on weekends, wheelchair accessible, or close to home? The filter button and map help you in your search. Through the detail page of your preferred Study Space, you can reserve a spot up to three days in advance.
TIP: Is everything fully booked? Check back later — if someone doesn’t show up, a spot may become available again.

Step 3 - Check in upon arrival
At the entrance of each Study Space, you’ll find a tablet. Check in by scanning your personal QR code or entering your personal code.
TIP: Arrive on time! If you are more than 25 minutes late, your reservation will be cancelled. Can’t make it (on time)? Cancel your reservation and make a new one. After three late arrivals or no-shows, your account will be blocked for one week. This means you won’t be able to make reservations or use the Study Spaces during that week.

Step 4 - Study in the Study Space
Studying together means being there for each other. We expect collegiality, respect and support for everyone who walks into a Study Space. Therefore, a few rules: if you don’t follow them, you may be denied access to the Study Spaces.
- Keep it quiet. Group work, phone calls and chatting should be done elsewhere.
- No eating allowed. This keeps everything clean. Treat yourself to a break and have your snack outside.
- Use only your assigned spot. Don’t wander into other rooms and only use the place you reserved.
- Be kind. A smile or a friendly “hello” can brighten anyone’s day.
- Limit your meal break to 45 minutes. Taking extra breaks? Keep them to 15 minutes. A Study Space isn’t a luxury resort where you reserve a sunbed for hours with just a towel.

Step 5 - Check out when you leave
We get it: after a long study session, you’d rather head straight home. But we kindly ask you to check out before leaving.
Why?
- Your spot becomes available for someone else.
- It helps us see how late students keep studying. If we can show that the spaces are often used until late, we might be able to stay open longer! 😉
