We offer nineteen centrally located one- and two-person flats to young graduates. You can find the flats with all the info and exact prices on the student room finder MyKot. From June 2025 on, we will organise guided tours in the available flats for 2025-2026.
The requirement: you graduated from one of Brik’s partner institutions (VUB, EhB, Odisee, LUCA, KU Leuven Brussels campuses) in the last three years.

On the corner of the Nieuwstraat, just between Brussels-North and Brussels-Central stations.
Zavelput 20
A peaceful residential neighbourhood between Kruidtuin and Madou, with direct connections to Schaarbeek, Etterbeek and the centre of Brussels.
Flexible contract with nothing to worry about
- From €555 for a studio and €675 for a two-person flat (excluding utilities).
- For your utilities, you pay an advance of €115 for a studio and €170 for a two-person flat.
- The fixed cost is €25 for internet for a studio and €50 for a two-person flat.
- A twelve-month contract that can be extended once.
- Starts on 15 September. You’ll easily make the transition from student life to your first work experience.
- Deposit of €900 to €1,200.
