      Brussels is the largest student city in the country! There are more than 137,000 students studying here. Brussels doesn’t have a giant student district, but several different student neighbourhoods spread across the entire region. There are 49 colleges and universities in Brussels.

      What are the best cafés and bars in Brussels?

      Hundreds of students have descended upon the capital in search of the best cafés. (Remember that in Dutch, a café is also a pub or bar.) We have collected them all on a map called 'Tournée Café'.
