Meetings

Looking for a peaceful room to hold a meeting in? There are three meeting rooms in the Brik offices. You’re welcome to use one or more at once. A good sidenote is that we only rent these offices to students or staff of our partner schools.

These meeting rooms are available for hire on workdays from Monday to Friday.

Capacity:

  • Yellow room: 6 people

  • Red room: 16 people

  • Green room: 20 people

Infrastucture

The meeting rooms are equipped with tables, comfortable chairs and good lighting (as well as a lot of daylight). There is a projector and projection screen in the red room. The green room has a large-screen television. The yellow room does not have a projector, but it does have a large whiteboard. If you need electrical outlets at every table, you’re welcome to borrow extension cords.

Hours

The red and yellow meeting rooms are on the first floor. The green meeting room is located on the ground floor. They can be used during office hours: Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
