What’s allowed? And what’s not allowed? Find all the general house rules related to room rental here.

General rules

The capacity of the room may not be exceeded:

You can only rent if you are a student or staff member of our partner schools.
Smoking is not allowed in any Brik rooms or buildings.

The following is not permitted except with prior permission from Brik:

Preparing hot meals in the rooms.
Bringing animals into the rooms, with the exception of certified assistance animals.
Staying overnight in the rooms.

Transferring the room to third parties is not permitted except with written permission from Brik.

Any activities that are at odds with the law, public order or good morals.
Any activities in general or in any specific room that may result in great risk of damage or nuisance.
Political activities of parties and/or candidates.
Worshipping services.

Taking care of any keys, badges and alarm codes that are given to you.
Avoiding nuisance (sound, odours, etc.). You must always keep to sound and noise regulations.
Avoid alarms being set off inappropriately.
Taking suitable measures in the event of an incident and engaging emergency services as appropriate.
Turning off lights and correctly closing and locking the room.
Removing all waste and any other materials or equipment that your party has brought into the room.
